UK Food Labelling & PPDS Awareness
Natasha's Law Training Course Online
Practical online training for UK food businesses on Natasha's Law, PPDS food labelling, ingredients lists and allergen declarations. Learn how to classify PPDS food, build safer labels and keep information accurate when recipes or suppliers change.
Workplace awareness training — not a regulated qualification, accredited course or government-approved certification.
What is Natasha's Law and why does PPDS labelling matter?
The rules commonly known as Natasha's Law strengthened allergen labelling for prepacked for direct sale food. PPDS food generally needs the name of the food and a full ingredients list, with regulated allergens emphasised within that list.
This course turns those requirements into practical workplace decisions: whether an item is PPDS, what information belongs on the label, how compound ingredients affect the list, and what staff should do when a supplier, recipe or product changes.
